Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt, the captain of paiN Gaming’s Counter-Strike 2 team, shared his thoughts after the squad progressed to the second group stage of ESL Pro League Season 21.

He stated, “It wasn’t the ideal scenario, but after a demanding month with minimal rest and practice, compounded by a widespread flu within the team, we still managed to qualify…”

Biguzera continued, “For some, this might seem insignificant, but you can’t imagine the immense effort we invested to achieve this qualification!”

On March 5th, paiN Gaming secured their place in the second stage by defeating Nemiga Gaming 2-1 in their match. The map scores were 7:13 on Train, 13:9 on Mirage, and 13:11 on Dust2.

ESL Pro League Season 21 is taking place in Stockholm, Sweden, from March 1st to 16th, featuring a $400,000 prize pool.
