The action game Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, developed by Kojima Productions, is scheduled for release on June 26, 2025. This announcement was made by the developers at an event dedicated to the game.
Initially, the title will be exclusive to PlayStation 5. The publisher has not yet specified whether a PC release will follow, similar to the first installment. Pre-orders are set to commence on March 17th. Furthermore, a collector’s edition will be available, offering not only souvenirs but also early access to the game 48 hours before its official launch.
Death Stranding, the first game in the series, was released in November 2019 on PlayStation 4 and in July 2020 on PC. It garnered largely positive reviews from both critics and players. The announcement of the sequel was made in December 2022.
