Dota 2 developers have boosted the polygon count available for designing in-game items for a number of heroes. This update also includes revised item purchasing suggestions.
Heroes with Increased Polygon Limits:
- Bane (shoulders, arms, back)
- Sand King (shoulders, legs, back)
- Storm Spirit (armor, arms)
- Riki (shoulders)
- Death Prophet (legs, miscellaneous)
- Phoenix (wings, supernova)
- Marci (head, armor, shoulders, back)
Updated Item Purchase Recommendations:
- Gem of True Sight: No longer recommended for early game purchase.
- Bottle: Not recommended for purchase during the planning phase.
- Orb of Venom and Orb of Blight: Recommended for early game purchase.
- Orb of Frost: Recommended for purchase during the planning phase.
