Twitch has permanently banned the channel of Andrey “Dread” Golubev, a former professional Dota 2 player. Dread announced this during his live stream on VK Video Live.
During the stream, Dread mentioned that the reason for the ban was a notification from the government received by Twitch administration. He noted that the ban is permanent and will not be automatically lifted, but he has the option to appeal the decision.
