Dota 2 streamer and musician Sergey Malyar, known as Serega Pirat, has commented on the unblocking of Vitaly “Papich” Tsal’s Twitch channel. Serega Pirat believes that Papich will be banned again after his first broadcast.

“Papich was unbanned on Twitch!!! My prediction is that he will get banned on the very first day. I’m ready to bet on it. Everyone knows that Twitch are sons of bitches who ban for no reason, and clever viewers will set traps for not very clever Papich (starting from some bait to say a forbidden word and ending with banal spam of banwords). Papich obviously will not condemn anything, although he will show dissatisfaction and skip. And they will report every moment, and obviously Papich will get banned for some moment.

The fact that Papich will stream is 100 percent, although he will do it somewhere in a month and ONLY FOR THE VIEWERS. Otherwise, why would he get unbanned and file an appeal.”

On March 18, Tsal’s channel was unblocked after six years of being banned. The real reason for the ban is unknown, but the streamer has spoken about complaints from viewers. Tsal has also complained about popularity and the community, but has not denied the possibility of returning.
