Streamer Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek has announced the members of his first esports organization named SHROUD-X. The former Counter-Strike professional player has declared a partnership with an American team for Marvel Rivals.
Shroud’s team was previously known as Intergalactic. This team has already participated in several Marvel Rivals tournaments, and some players have competed in Overwatch. The team achieved fourth place in the Marvel Rivals Championship Season 0: Dooms’ Rise for North America.
Shroud mentioned his decision to create his own esports team after viewers donated one million dollars to charity during a ‘fragathon’ – a series of streams where he raised money for a children’s cancer hospital. The content creator also stated that he does not intend to form teams in other game titles.
