William ‘Blitz’ Lee, the coach for Team Liquid’s Dota 2 team, has announced that he will be unable to attend the PGL Wallachia Season 3 and other European tournaments. He explained on X (formerly Twitter) that visa issues are preventing his travel. Despite his absence, Blitz praised the team’s performance in the group stage of the tournament.
In his statement, Blitz mentioned that problems with his Schengen visa are forcing him to miss several European events. He expressed confidence in Team Liquid and lauded Jabbz as a world-class coach, ensuring the team’s continued success. He highlighted the team’s dominant 3-0 score in the PGL Wallachia S3 group stage and humorously hoped that his absence would maintain their winning streak at LAN tournaments.
PGL Wallachia Season 3 is being held in Romania from March 8th to 16th. Sixteen teams are competing for a $1 million prize pool. Team Liquid has advanced to the playoffs after a strong showing in the group stage. Jabbz is currently fulfilling the head coach role for the team at the event.
